What is the return & refund policy?
We hope you are happy with everything you buy from Haakaa.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-calendar day returns policy.
You can return any UNUSED item for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons. *Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for return postage. To ensure the best protection and hygiene, unless faulty we cannot offer a refund for personal care items once the manufacturers' seal/ packaging is broken such as Hygiene products, Breast pumps.
